peso1 engages carefully selected third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under contractual data processing agreements. These providers include payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), identity verification and KYC services, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and customer support platform operators. In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of business assets, or corporate restructuring, personal data held by peso1 may be transferred to a successor entity as part of the transaction. peso1's primary data processing activities are conducted within the Philippines. The peso1 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. peso1 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
Age verification is carried out during the KYC process before any withdrawal can be processed, and peso1 may conduct age verification checks at any point during a member's account lifecycle. If peso1 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the associated account will be immediately suspended, the personal data will be deleted or returned (where legally permissible), and any real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

The peso1 Platform does not contain links to third-party websites. However, the Platform operates in conjunction with third-party service providers including game content providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Jili), payment processors, and identity verification services.
